For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" / "ori777" — refers to the website accessible at https://ori777.cam, including all associated pages, services, features, tools, and gaming content.
• "Member" / "User" / "Player" — any individual who has registered an account on ori777 and is using the Platform's services.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a Member upon successful registration on ori777.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a Member's ori777 Account, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded by ori777 subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods.
• "Real Money" — funds deposited by the Member from their own bank account or e-wallet, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity verification process required of all Members prior to withdrawal processing.
• "WIB" — Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used by ori777 for all operational hours, draw schedules, and deadline references unless otherwise specified.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory from which access to ori777 is restricted or from which the Platform does not accept registrations.

To register and use ori777's services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ori777 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any gaming activity on the Platform. This age threshold applies regardless of local laws that may set a lower age of majority.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing ori777 from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be employed by ori777, its affiliates, subsidiaries, software providers, or game studios, and must not be a close family member of any such employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from ori777 under a self-exclusion arrangement or for a breach of these Terms.
• You must not be registered on any national gambling self-exclusion register that applies to you.

By using ori777, you represent and warrant that all eligibility criteria above are met. ori777 reserves the right to request documentation to verify eligibility at any time.

Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) account only on ori777. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same name, shared device, shared IP address, or linked payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID / KTP)
• Date of birth
• Valid email address
• Active mobile phone number (Indonesian format preferred)
• City and province of residence
• Preferred currency (IDR)

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ori777 will not be held liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details.

You must notify ori777 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

ori777 applies a comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all Members. KYC is required to comply with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and to protect the integrity of our platform. KYC must be completed before any withdrawal request will be processed.

The following documents may be requested during the KYC process:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, color copy of a valid government-issued photo ID — KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), SIM (Driver's License), or Passport.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official document issued within the last three (3) months showing your full name and residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your identity document next to your face, taken in good lighting with both the document and your face clearly visible.
• Payment Method Verification: Evidence of ownership of the deposit method used (e.g., a screenshot of the relevant bank account or e-wallet showing your name).

Standard KYC reviews are completed within 1–24 hours during business days. ori777 may request additional documentation at any time if the initial submission is unclear, expired, or does not satisfy verification requirements. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 14 days of the request may result in account suspension.

5.1 Deposits. ori777 accepts deposits via the following methods:

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Deposits made via bank transfer during standard banking hours (08:00–20:00 WIB) are typically credited to your ori777 account balance within minutes. Off-hours transfers may take until the next business morning. ori777 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed only to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in the Member's own name and matching the identity documents on file. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100.000
• Maximum withdrawal per transaction: Rp 50.000.000 (subject to VIP tier adjustments)
• Processing time: typically 1–6 hours during banking hours; next business day for requests submitted outside 08:00–20:00 WIB

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is approved.
• A minimum of one (1) deposit must have been made and one (1) wager placed before a withdrawal request can be submitted.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• ori777 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds or exhibit unusual patterns.
• Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified may be held for up to 10 business days pending additional documentation.

ori777 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this clause.

6.1 General Bonus Rules.

• Bonuses are available to Members who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing.
• Each bonus promotion specifies a minimum qualifying deposit, a wagering requirement, a validity period, and any game-type contribution rates. These specifics are published on the relevant promotion page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 30 times (the "standard wagering requirement") before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• ori777 reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

6.2 Bonus Abuse. ori777 takes bonus integrity seriously. The following behaviors constitute bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds, cancellation of associated winnings, and may lead to account suspension:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Using bonus funds in a manner designed to minimize risk and guarantee withdrawal (commonly known as "bonus hunting" or "arbitrage betting").
• Coordinating with other Members to collectively exploit a promotion.
• Providing false information during registration to qualify for a bonus.

7.1 Sports Betting. All sports bets placed on ori777 — including football markets covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League — are subject to the specific sportsbook rules published on the relevant market page. In the event of a discrepancy between those rules and these Terms, the specific market rules apply.

ori777 offers Asian Handicap, 1X2, Over/Under, and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) markets. Mix parlay bets combine multiple selections into a single wager; all selections must win for the bet to pay out. Minimum and maximum stake limits per event are displayed at the time of bet placement.

7.2 Live Casino. Live casino games — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and dragon tiger — are streamed in real time and governed by the rules of the respective game studios (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and others). Bets placed and confirmed are final; no cancellations are accepted once a round has commenced.

7.3 Slots. Slot games are powered by certified RNG technology from licensed providers including Pragmatic Play, Pocket Games Soft (PGS), NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available in the game's information panel. ori777 does not modify RTP settings.

7.5 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical failure, game disconnection, or server error during active gameplay, ori777 will apply its best-effort resolution policy: completed rounds are settled on the confirmed result; incomplete rounds are voided and stakes returned. ori777 is not liable for losses arising from player-side connectivity issues.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ori777. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorized payment methods to make deposits.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or any activity that may constitute a financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown platform error are void.
• Colluding with other players in live games or on skill-based products.
• Placing bets on fixed, manipulated, or match-fixed sporting events with knowledge of the outcome.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting designed to guarantee risk-free profits across multiple platforms.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ori777 staff or other Members in any communication channel.

All content on the ori777 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, game assets, odds data, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ori777 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from ori777 without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software underlying the Platform.
• Use ori777's branding, trademarks, or logos for any commercial purpose.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ori777's total liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Member during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ori777 expressly excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if ori777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures, or circumstances outside ori777's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a Member's failure to maintain account security or from unauthorized access resulting from the Member's own negligence.
• Decisions made by a Member based on information displayed on third-party websites, social media channels, or unofficial sources referencing ori777.

ori777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Confirmed or suspected bonus abuse or collusion.
• A Member's request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming program.
• A court order or instruction from a competent regulatory authority.

Upon termination of an account in good standing (i.e., not terminated for breach), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method, net of any pending bonus wagering requirements. Bonus funds are non-refundable upon account closure.

Members who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours.

ori777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on ori777, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ori777 applies industry-standard security measures — including SSL/TLS encryption, secure data storage, and access-controlled internal systems — to protect Member data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law as applied to online gaming platforms operating in the Asia-Pacific region. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of ori777, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

ori777 operates as an international online gaming platform. Members are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of ori777 complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence. ori777 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

ori777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ori777 will notify Members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless immediate implementation is required by law or to address a security vulnerability.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using ori777 and may request voluntary account closure as described in Clause 12.
